Kevin Peck has over 25 years’ experience in large-scale construction and maintenance projects throughout the five boroughs. Additionally, Kevin grew up in upstate New York on a 200- acre grape farm riding ponies and maintaining the farm. Later in life, he worked for an equine veterinarian and was a groom for a successful polo pony operation. He also is a retired Fire Chief and Paramedic. Kevin is a hero to humans and animals alike. He has rescued countless humans and looks forward to rescuing more four-legged friends in the near future. Kevin is excited to be back on a farm, doing what he loves most, caring for the land and animals of all shapes and sizes. As the Farm Grounds and Maintenance Manager, Kevin will be in charge of all thing’s grounds and maintenance. If anything requires fixing Kevin’s your go to guy!
Kevin’s wife Tamatha, has over 25 years’ experience working with horses. From driving sulky carts, working with broodmares and foals to retraining/re-homing horses; as well as previously owning her own boarding facility in Long Island, New York. Additionally, she has ten years’ experience in riding instruction, Animal Assisted Therapies & Activities and as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor; is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), Certified Teacher of Students with Speech & Language Disabilities (TSSLD), Multitiered System of Support (MTSS)/Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports Specialist; School Retention Check & Connect Mentor, Certified School-wide Information System Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Care Trained. Tamatha also has an Associates Degree in Animal Science/Equine Studies, Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. As the Executive Director of Operations, Tamatha can assist with all things equine! From boarding, to the scheduling of lessons, horsemanship camp, therapeutic riding/animal-assisted activities and therapies and overall horse care.
Brad is a Marine and is currently on active duty. They are looking forward to having him back safely soon.
You will see Kelly, their daughter, periodically roaming the farm. She resides in New York City and is a Producer for a Production Company. Kelly also is an assistant with lessons when on the farm.
Riding Instructor/PFEC Youth Dressage Team Coach
Chantal has been working with horses since a young age, and teaching lessons for all ages for the past 5 years. She is currently a student at Eastern Connecticut State University studying a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Business Administration. While not in school, she spends her time at the farm managing and taking care of the horses while providing instruction to students who are learning basic horsemanship to those learning the specifics of Dressage. Chantal has trained alongside many professionals including Lendon Grey and Jos Sevreins. For many years, she has traveled to Upstate New York and Atlanta Georgia to compete and participate in various Dressage4Kids programs and clinics. She spends her spring and summer coaching youth riders who are interested in advancing their knowledge in Dressage through the PFEC Youth Dressage Team.
